Group Executive Chairman

Mr Moyaba is a founding member and group executive chairman of MarGad Group.  Mr Moyaba is a registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa, and several other professional bodies. His interest and vast experience lie in various aspects of Civil and Structural Engineering with keen interest in Project Management.

Through his visionary role at MarGad Group, striving for excellence, ingenuity, mentorship and quality are some of the virtues achieved.

Miss Mokwena is a founding member and the Managing Director of MarGad Group. Together with Mr Moyaba, MarGad’s co-founder and Managing Director, MarGad created. Miss Mokwena holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and a second Diploma in Computerized Project Management. She is an Enthusiast and highly skilled professional in Construction Supervision and Project Management. 

Through her leadership and technical role at MarGad, steady growth and professionalism is realized. 

Mr Ngoasheng is the Group Chief Operations Officer of MarGad Group. Mr Ngoasheng is a fresh part of the executive team with knowledge across the board on work environments beyond Engineering and the Built Environment. Mr Ngoasheng is a qualified IT auditor and has worked as an Auditor in South Africa with one of the top auditing firms. He brings a compliance driven perspective on all the company operations. Furthermore, Mr Ngoasheng is tasked with business marketing and strategic business development.
